Accuracy of Information: Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, legal, and authentic documents for any registration process. We will not be held liable for any rejection, penalties, or legal issues arising from incorrect or fraudulent data provided by the client.
For Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services, the client must provide necessary access, text content, logos, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays from the client’s side will automatically extend the project delivery timeline.
WebRise Agency, its owners, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions—arising out of the use or inability to use our services, or due to changes in search engine algorithms (for SEO) and government regulation policies (for GST/Financial services).
