• Website Maintenance & Support
• Business & Financial Consultancy, including GST registration assistance, documentation support, and allied consultancy services.

• Clients agree to pay the fees specified for the selected service before commencement of work or according to the mutually agreed payment schedule.
• Government application fees, processing charges, and completed service fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

For Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and other services, the client must provide the necessary access, content, logos, credentials, approvals, and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may extend the project delivery timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

WebRise Agency, its owners, employees, and team members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use our services.

For SEO and digital marketing services, rankings, traffic, leads, and advertising results may vary due to search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Modifications to Services and Prices

WebRise Agency reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, packages, or service availability when necessary. Any applicable changes to an active client agreement will be communicated as appropriate.

7. Website and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, trademarks, logos, images, code, designs, and other materials supplied by the client remain the responsibility of the client. Third-party software, plugins, templates, APIs, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

9. Changes to These Terms
